After twenty years in this business, we believe we have the bragging rights to say there isn’t a construction and renovation challenge that we haven’t met – and mastered. We have moved houses, reconstructed them, updated them, and added on to them. We have constructed them from the ground up, and transformed both interiors and exteriors. Along the way, we’ve made some great friends and many happy clients.

Our Process
The crucial part of your project occurs long before a hammer is picked up or a nail driven. We believe that planning and communication are the keys to a successful building experience. We exceed clients’ expectations through regularly scheduled on-site meetings to review deadlines, expedite decisions and minimize surprises. We stay connected to our clients and with our projects from the beginning to the end…and beyond.
Planning:
- Assemble the appropriate team of architects, interior designers, site engineers, and legal experts
- Assess & navigate municipal requirements, licenses, permitting, attending to all new OSHA & EPA regulations through the approvals process
- Pre-construction services: assembling a team + estimating and scheduling to insure project is delivered on time and on budget.
Execution:
When your project begins it is expertly managed and staffed by experienced craftsmen, many with over 30 years’ experience in the business. Our team includes:
- 4 Site Superintendents
- 4 Master Carpenters
- 1-2 Laborers
- 1 Production Coordinator
- 1 Personal customer Service Person
Additionally, we have relationships with a dedicated group of subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, etc.) who are experienced, licensed and up-to-date in the latest technology in their respective fields.
Timing:
We schedule regular site meetings to review progress, costs and decisions needed. Throughout the process, we will offer options and suggestions along with some creative problem solving. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate regularly with our clients and everyone associated on the project.
Follow-up:
When your project is completed, our work is not finished. We double the warranty period required by the state and schedule regular follow-ups to ensure that our work stands the test of time.
